About Me

Hi, I'm Kennady Ryann McClure -- a professional dancer, choreographer, teacher and certified health coach, and the founder of Harmony in Motion. Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. After 16 years as a competitive dancer, seven years of teaching in Texas, and a year teaching as the Six Compound in Los Angeles, I've had the opportunity to grow not only as a performer but also as an educator who loves helping dancers discover their confidence and potential.

I graduated from Pace University with a BFA in Commercial Dance as part of the Class of 2024 and have been blessed to train with some of the industry's leading professionals in both New York and Los Angeles. One of the highlights of my career was performing at the VMAs alongside Olivia Rodrigo. While I'm incredibly grateful for every opportunity dance has given me, God began placing something different on my heart. Throughout my own journey, I realized that technical training alone isn't enough for a dancer to thrive. Healthy habits, proper nutrition, strength, recovery, mindset, and a strong foundation all play an important role in creating a long, sustainable career.

That calling led me to become a certified health coach and ultimately inspired me to create Harmony in Motion. My heart is to equip young dancers with the tools I wish every dancer had—helping them become stronger from the inside out while learning to care for the bodies God has given them. I believe our bodies are gifts, and when we care for them well, we're able to pursue our passions with excellence, confidence, and joy.

Harmony in Motion was created to bridge the gap between dance training and whole-body wellness. My hope is that every dancer who walks through this program not only grows in athleticism and artistry but also develops healthy habits that will serve them both inside and outside the studio. More than anything, I want Harmony in Motion to be a place where dancers feel encouraged, supported, and empowered to pursue their goals with purpose, balance, and confidence.

What is
Harmony
in Motion?

Harmony in Motion is a transformative in-class learning experience designed to build strong dancers from the inside out. True strength starts within. This program is built on three key pillars—Conditioning, Nutrition, and Mindset—by developing the body, mind, and daily habits together, dancers gain the tools to thrive in dance and life.

Our Mission

The Three Pillars

Harmony in Motion exists to help younger dancer-athletes discover lasting harmony in their body, mind, and movement through nutrition, mindset, and strength & conditioning.

We believe harmony is not perfection--its the daily choice to return to balance with grace. Through education, encouragement, and personalized coaching, we equip dancers with practical tools to fuel their bodies, strengthen their minds, and build resilient, confident bodies that support both their art and their everyday lives.

As a Christian, I do my best to always lead with love, compassion, and grace, creating a space where every dancer feels seen encouraged, and empowered to grow. My hope is that each dancer leaves not only stronger as an athelte, but more confident in who they are, knowing that in every season and every challenge, they can always choose harmony again.

Conditioning

Build a strong body through mobility, stability, and endurance training. This pillar equips dancers with the physical tools to perform at their peak.

Nutrition

Learn simple, science-based habits that support energy and recovery. This pillar provides dancers with practical tools and knowledge to optimize performance, recovery, and longevity.

Mindset

Develop discipline and resilience—caring for your mind as much as your body. This pillar help dancers embrace their journey with confidence, discipline and commitment, to build a strong foundation from the inside out.

Meet our Harmony Ambassadors

Chloe, Rayna, and Scarlett, our three ambassadors for Harmony in Motion, are truly remarkable dancers who bring the essence of this program to life. Selected for their unwavering dedication, they consistently pour their hearts into every class, demonstrating exceptional work ethic and a passion for growth. Their radiant positivity lights up every room, creating an uplifting atmosphere that inspires those around them. These dancers are not only kind and supportive, fostering a sense of community and encouragement, but they also carry an inner spark—a vibrant energy that reflects their commitment to both athleticism and artistry. Their presence embodies the balance of strength, grace, and resilience that Harmony in Motion seeks to cultivate, making them perfect representatives of our mission to nurture well-rounded dancers through nutrition, mindset, and conditioning. I am thrilled to have them as ambassadors and to grow with them as a team. I look forward to building a vibrant community celebrating dance and personal transformation.

Chloe Fishel

About Chloe

"Hi, my name is Chloe Fishel and I love  dance because it is where movement and emotion come together in a way that is both freeing and grounding. I have been dancing since I was two years old, and it will always be a part of my that I can come back to. Through Harmony in Motion, I have found myself feeling stronger physically and mentally, and in my knowledge of nutrition as a dancer. As I head into this year, I am excited to keep building my foundation, to challenge myself, and to keep growing as a dancer, athlete, and as a human."

Rayna Bhakta

About Rayna

"Hi, my name is Rayna Bhakta. I am 13 years old and have been dancing for over 11 years! I love dancing because it allows me to express my feelings in a way that feels true to me, not stereotypical. Harmony in Motion has helped me grow as a dancer, especially by teaching me about nutrition and strength, which were never things I prioritized before. It has become a goal of mine to get stronger both mentally and physically, and this program has really supported that journey. Some fun facts about me are that I have my own coffee, soda, and matcha business! However, with all of my hobbies, dance will always be my #1 passion. I love training and pushing myself to become a better dancer and human every day.

Scarlett Ferrell

About Scarlett

"Hi my name is Scarlett and dance is the primary way I express what words cannot, serving as both a release and a profound source of joy. From the moment the music starts, I feel a complete connection between my body and the rhythm, allowing every movement to tell a story or capture a fleeting emotion. Harmony in Motion has completely transformed how I approach dance. I am inspired by what Misty Copeland has said, 'you can start late, look different, be uncertain, and still succeed.'

Some fun facts about me are that I am allergic to cats but I have three, and I lived in hawaii for seven years!"
