The Three Pillars of Harmony in Motion:

1.  Conditioning: Sculpting the Dancer’s Body
Focused on stretch, strength, and endurance, this pillar equips dancers with the physical tools to perform at their peak. Through targeted exercises, dancers build a resilient, flexible, and powerful body capable of expressing the artistry of movement with grace and precision.

2.  Nutrition: Fueling the Art
Guided by Kennady’s knowledge from her ongoing certification with Primal Health, this pillar provides dancers with practical, science-based nutrition strategies to optimize performance, recovery, and longevity. Dancers learn to fuel their bodies as both athletes and artists, ensuring energy and vitality for every performance. Your body is your temple.

3.  Mindset: The Heart of the Artist
Emphasizing positive energy and mental resilience, this pillar fosters a growth-oriented mindset grounded in Kennady’s Christian values of goodness, service, and dedication. Dancers are encouraged to embrace their journey with confidence, discipline, and a commitment to their  own craft and personal growth.

About

Harmony in Motion is a transformative in-class and virtual learning experience designed for dancer athletes of all backgrounds who aspire to achieve excellence in their craft and well-being. Created by Kennady McClure, a professional dancer with 16 years of competitive experience, a BFA in Commercial Dance from Pace University, and a Christian who finds her worth in her faith, committed to living a life of love and service. This program is built on three key pillars—Conditioning, Nutrition, and Mindset—to empower young dancers to sculpt their bodies, fuel their performance, and cultivate a positive, resilient spirit. Harmony in Motion blends the physical discipline of an athlete with the creative artistry of dance, fostering a holistic approach to success and longevity.

It is often small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring about the most lasting change.

WHY HARMONY IN MOTION?

Kennady McClure, a professional dancer, teacher, and advocate for holistic wellness, leads by example. Her 16 years of competitive dance experience, combined with her academic and professional credentials, make her a trusted guide for young dancers. As she completes her Primal Health nutrition certification, Kennady wants to share her knowledge to help dancers achieve a healthy mind/body balance. Her faith-driven approach infuses the program with a sense of purpose, encouraging dancers to see their bodies as instruments of art and their dance as an expression of their spirit.

Harmony in Motion is more than a training program—it’s a platform to ensure young dancers thrive in their craft and beyond. Whether in-person or virtual, this program provides the tools for success, longevity, and a harmonious balance between athleticism and artistry.

PROGRAM MISSION

Kennady’s intention is to do everything she can to help the younger generation feel their best inside and out, guided by her Christian values of compassion and service. She wants dancers to take what they learn in Harmony in Motion—whether it’s conditioning techniques, nutritional wisdom, or mindset strategies—and apply them to their other dance classes and, most importantly, their everyday lives. She understands the desire to better oneself and the need for guidance to do so in a healthy, balanced way through mind, body, and environment. Kennady’s hope is to create a supportive space where dancers can strengthen their bodies, nurture their minds, and grow in confidence, empowering them to thrive as athletes, artists, and individuals.
